Auxiliary Technical Support Services
For many small departments, a dedicated
technical staff line is not practical. Therefore, the need for
technical assistance must be addressed in other ways. MSSG offers
several options for departments with technical support staff
shortages. The non-profit auxiliary group within MSSG was
established to provide non-standard service solutions in order to
address this need. Our services are also applicable for larger
departments with in-house technical staff. We provide fill-in
support during vacations, illness, etc.
To enable departments to take advantage
of this service, we have tried to keep costs down by utilizing
entry-level positions. However, our auxiliary staff are backed-up by
the MSSG senior technical staff, a value added aspect of our
service.
We offer cost effective quality customer
service in a variety of formats:
Annual Contracts - This is
the more formal and more cost effective arrangement whereby
departments can hire our technical support services annually
in weekly increments of as low as a half day/week.
Hourly Basis - For
short-term or one-time needs, we can provide technical support
services on an hourly fee basis.
